ESC doesn't cover them, but Davies does.  What's more, he puts values against them. 1982 values, granted, but it gives you a good idea of relative scarcity. He says, for mint state examples,
28 for 1+A
12 for 1+B
7 for 1+C
So a Reverse A specimen is worth 4 times a normal Reverse C.

The numbers that have passed through my hands in the past couple of years are:
Rev A: 2
Rev B: 5
Rev C: 21
so I reckon Reverse B is a little scarcer than Mr Davies thought it was. Don't skip over them when you see them, check out that letter Q in the garter...
